Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. It can be crowded at lunch but the staff keeps the line moving.

Joplin is the most popular of the two and the best ever

The guy working behind the counter was great! His name was Cody and he was all by himself with a long line of customers and he held his cool and worked quickly to make sure we were all satisfied customers. I recommend a raise for him!

Wow was very disappointed in customer service I asked them to wash there hands and they got mad I'm sorry but in my book you need to was your hands Everytime you make sandwich not use the same plastic gloves over and over I don't understand why the other customers didn't say anything that is gross and then the female that was on the register tried to touch my sandwich with no gloves SMH I was like wow are you serious SMH very disappointed the owners really need to retrain there employees I don't understand how this store has an A if you want fresh Subway highly recommend you go to Subway in Pomerado Hospital.

Food was fresh, woman was fast and friendly, restaurant was a little cold for me but I tend to be cold.
