If I could give 0 stars I would. My dad was admitted to deaconess. So my family came here and got 4 sandwiches. All 4 were made wrong when we called he made it seem like it wasnt his problem never offered to remake our food. But proceeded to yell at his employees. As a employee of a subway(different state) I already know that this is 100% unacceptable. Everything about this visit was horrible.

Only reason I gave an extra star was for the guy that was obviously new. He was quiet but polite. Now the woman that was working with him was rude. Went in at 6, they close at 8 but she was obviously annoyed that my friend and I had gone in and made her actually work. I think I'd rather go across town to get a sub then go in when she's working again.

Love the variety of sandwiches and their cookies

Tonia, Hope, and Jeff are awesome. Great customer service, always smiling faces. Order is accurate every time they are working. I go out of my way to visit this location when I am craving a wrap.
