Unfortunately they only had one person working at lunch time and this guy was fantastic it's too bad he had to work by itself but he was doing the work of three people and he was getting it done pretty good. Hey Subway if you're listening watching you need to hire good help and pay them decent and they'll stay there.

Always order platters to go when I Rv trip. Best variety of different sandwiches and fresh veggies. Very helpful friendly service, even carried my food out for me.

Love their meatball sub!!

Tried to go here four times, but the older man working here every time is rudely abrasive and strange. He even said to me that asking for extra pickles on the side was "weird"...so much for getting a sandwich the way you want it. I will be driving further out of my way to avoid this location from now on, because it never gets better with this guy who is never friendly to me like I try to be to him. Have simply had enough of his awful customer service with no smile or sense of humor. Otherwise Subway (every location I have ever been to, other than this one) is great for the value and the hard-working people at them deserve a lot of credit.

About 130or 2pm Sunday I went and they were very busy. The one thing I can never understand about Subway is there is never more than two employees there at a time. With a person with a long relationship with retail and restaurant this is not smart business practice. That being said the employees in the store on Schaad road did a great job today! I had 5 sandwiches and one picky child ordering his own sandwich. A pretty full line was behind me and growing. The man starting the sandwiches was very patient with him. The two employees worked together flawlessly and we got in and out quickly. A+

Great experience. always good food as well as good employees. My order is rarely ever wrong and it comes out in timely manner. Also, the staff is very friendly and is always more than willing to help if there is ever any mix-ups. This kind of customer service is what keeps a business running.

Best sub for the money

Love the grilled chicken sandwich!! The employees are awesome, very friendly and treat you the way you want to be treated !!❤

Sandwich was good and the bread itself was very good. But, Brian was not and he was cold to the point of rude. Did not ask if the sub should be heated or toasted. Just looked at me when I was to pay. Had to look at the cash register to see what I owe. No ice for the drinks and the drinks were flat. No carbonation.

I eat here quite a bit, and i normally don't leave too many reviews, but i have to compliment the young man Jason that works there. He is most of the time by himself but always hustling, courteous and professional. Thats hard to find these daysand i would definitely say he is an asset to Subways company!
