Fix your hours! Went at 10:15pm on 02/13/20 and the door was closed. If you close at 10pm, then change the hours.

I left without my food because I saw ants in their cookie case and the workers would not throw them out. While my food was being made a man returned his cookie because there were ants on it too.

Bad experience, 'cause tuna sandwich was missing tuna, there was too little amount.

I placed an order by Uber today for lunch because I were working. I wanted the bread toasted, and it arrived no toasted and super cold. When I called to Subway, somebody told me, “come, and I will give you another one because it was my mistake”. When I finished working at 5:00 PM there were another worker, and she told me that in order to get another order, I had to bring the previous one. Hello!!! How do you think I’m gonna keep the food for hours getting bad smell until I can go and change it?

Ordered through uber eats and food was wrong and when I called the manager said she could not do anything. Horrible attention

Only one server helping out today Sunday and after waiting 15 minutes there's was not even soup. We ended up leaving

I had a coupon, in which the girls refused to accept. I even had to google translate it so they can see I was not lying about the coupon and they still refused my coupon. Worst customer service ever. I would never go back there again.

Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable place, fresh meal and good taste. My recommendation: BMT sub, but in general all options are good. It is the best option to eat healthy.
