There is only one person working who has to do the counter and drive through at the same time. No matter how you order, outside of online, it always takes forever. Staff also are not polite, and did not acknowledge me when I came in. I go there fairly often as it is close to work, every time is the same experience 😣

Incredibly poor service and/or training. I ordered a slider and a foot long cold cut combo (the most basic item on the menu) and Jennifer was visibly puzzled as to what went on either of the items I had ordered. I asked for a light amount it siracha sauce and not even one second later she flips the bottle upside down and pours on enough for 3 subs. I payed for my food and left because they seemed like they had no idea what was going on, but I sure wish I didn’t.

Worst drive through service I have ever had. It almost seemed as if I was treated like I was inconveniencing the drive through attendant. The music was so loud I could hear it over her in the drive through. As she I was putting my card away she shouted "HERE!" as she handed my receipt. Do yourself a favor and go across town.

I went to the drive-through and got this at Subway just about every day and order the same sub from every subway this is the worst one I’ve gotten yet they did not even put all of the veggies on that I told them and they skimped on the meat. My subs are usually so full they don’t really close this one looks like somebody backed over it with the car would not recommend

The food is always at just about any location. However, at this location, they are woefully understaffed, only 1 person! So, instead of going through the drive-through, we needed to park the car and go inside. It seems like a minor thing, however, in terms of management and customer it is a big issue. In addition, after going inside I could see that the problem with understaffing continued... long line of people and, most of the surfaces were quite dirty
