Subway

Bought gift cards and lunch. Staff explained menu changes and gift card policies. They prepped our sandwiches generously and made our visit quite pleasant.

Could the guy behind the counter be any more rude. Coil a stopped Subway on the highway during off hours would seem like a Fast Trip it took us 20 minutes to get a sandwich to go. There was only one family of 4 in front of us oh, and they had started their order before we got there. Guy who took our order, was rude refused to put any extra product on our sandwiches, to the point we felt like we were at McDonald's. One pickle here another pickle there and that was called extra. I guess there's a reason I hadn't eaten at Subway in over a year, and it used to be a staple in our family

I prefer going to subway at night. The workers are attentive to the customers and cleanliness of the establishment. It seem like the manager does not care if the day shift maintains the cleanliness up front or in back. I did not like the fact that i seen dirty pots and pans ,that makes me wounder if the whole store is clean.the manager needs to step up or quit

The sandwiches are great, but the people-watching at this place, located in a truck stop, was much better. America on display, from best to freakishly worse. Central Casting could not have come up with a more interesting assemblage.Loved the truck stop general store with its eclectic array of merchandise, and I recommend hanging out there just for fun.

The workers were nice and my food got out quickly. The staff member that helped me was named Michael, he was a little chatty and was trying to convince me to get bread I didn’t like.

Busy, great sandwich!

Today was Friday and service was slow , no toaster oven, and sandwich was horrible. Not to good today.

The station was not clean. They gave me the wrong bread. And due to the uncleanliness of the subway making area banana peppers got on my sub and it was not enjoyable on my part. They also don't know how to do the subway app scan or have not updated to that yet so couldn't even get tokens for rewards. Overall terrible experience.

1st.... Elevator was and still is absolutely filthy...2nd ....bathroom sink was just running onto the floor ...i fixed it myself due to Thanksgiving weekend I seriously doubt any maintenance staff was around....no big deal...3rd upon checking the bedding out realized there's like some tracking/alarm thing on mattress cover.......4th...service/housekeeping not the greatest have to ask for an extra towel for my wife's hair ...breakfast area is more like a gathering place for parties and not well kept...and this is our 2nd time staying here and it was simular to our first stay....and only stayed again for the Conveince for our situation we were here in olive branch for...the overall appearances at a quick glance it's nice...but hotel needs a little better TLC and better staffing...thanks Mr & Mrs Ashline

Came in tonight and was beyound impressed by both staff members and their friendliness! Nice to see some good customer service from your rockstars!

There is currently a woman with a broke hand hustling to keep customers happy while two other girls are playing in the back. The manager of this subway needs to train the younger employees the value of customer service.
