I started going to this location because they are rarely as packed as the other Goodyear location. The staff are great and really provide some great customer service. As of recent though, my experience has been less than stellar by a couple newer team members closing at night during the week. Today is 7-19-16. I again felt rushed through the process with no one in line and my sub wasnt properly made. Dont rush when there isnt a rush and try smiling.

There is one employee that is always extremely nice!! He is always saying ma'am and just makes you feel like he cares. He makes sure you're satisfied with the amount of veggies he puts before he moves on to the next one. He's seriously the best!! I love when I go in and he's working. Unfortunately I didn't see his name. I always leave a tip for him! Thanks dude!!

Very disappointed tonight. They had one half of a white bread and 2 loaves of wheat and one cheese and herb. I finally decided on the cheese herb. I chose steak and cheese on a foot long and they had a very small amount of steak left that she tried to spread over the foot long. She said that was all they had left and she would just charge me for a 6â€. While that was being toasted I asked for 6 “ BMT but they had no ham left. I looked down at the meager meats that had left and asked for a tuna chopped salad and guess what... they had no tuna! She said they didn’t have time to prep the food today. I told her that I would go somewhere else. There was a long line of people and I’m sure they all left too. We tried to call the store after I got home to ask for owner’s name and no one answered the phone. We frequent this Subway a lot and have never had anything like this happen before. I think the manager or owner should know about this problem.

Walk in at 7:45 pm. Young Lady behind counter says sorry we're not taking anymore orders tonight! Clearly posted on the door says they close at 8:00 PM. I ask I thought you close at 8!? Sorry we closed early, as she is helping another customer. Guess it is a good thing they have a schedule for customers!
