All you can really ask from a Subway's a clean store Friendly service and fresh veggies. I got all three. No complaints.

Hard to give a subway 5 stars because of the fast food nature of it, I know it's fast casual. Regardless, I give this one 4 because the staff, very fast and friendly.

I just ate one of the best subs at this subway I’ve ever had! The bread was fresh and the veggies were so fresh! The staff was also friendly! Thanks for a great visit

I have eaten at Luigi's many times over the years. My favorite items on the menu are any of their pizzas and their cheese salads. When I've ordered other menu items such as meatballs or pasta dishes I have been very disappointed with the taste.I believe that the Barbie Band box in the front of the restaurant is a true Akron landmark that should not be missed.

My boyfriend and I came in because this Subway always makes us have a great experience. The lady helping me was named Rachel and was super friendly, we clicked instantly which shows me she has a great personality and was very funny! Super on top of letting us know about product and stock, got us exactly what we wanted, and even though there was restrictions because of Covid the way she made my sub was still delicious, and even gave me pointers for next time!! This is one of my favorite spots to go because of the friendly relatable staff and how clean it is and I'm looking forward for the next time I come in!

We paid for our dinner there sat down to eat our dinner then we got told to leave after we alreday paid. They are very rude there they also dont ask you credit or debit if using a card by ohio state law you can not tell some one to leave the store after the paid for there meal and started eating. WE WILL BE TAKING OUR BUSINESSES ELSE WHERE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FIND A DIFFERNT ONE TO EAT AT.

Took two foot long breakfast subs back, both of them the egg was ice cold and then the worker got a attitude, got refund and left.
