I was in a rush wanting to use the washroom prior to eating. I am sure this happens to everyone. The bathrooms were locked to prevent non customers from using them. I went to the front and asked the cashier to open it. He rudely said that you had to be a customer to use it. I certainly would not skip peeing when I needed to go so I can satisfy Subway’s outdated, third world policy. I asked to speak with the manager and conveniently they were not there. Of course I decided not to eat there as they treat people horribly. By the way, it looks like they have been treating people rudely for some time as there were no customers in the store in the middle of the day. Starbucks, Chipotle and other restaurants seem to always be full and don’t have such restrictive policies.

Worst service ever. The guy attending the clients is not polite and he doesn't know how to speak with clients properly. I won't come back.

Fresh baked bread and a huge seating area. Free fountain drink refills. There's usually a very long line here, but that's true of every Subway in the downtown area. I prefer this location because there's usually a table available to dine in compared to the others. It's also very spacious and not cramped like some of the other locations downtown

This is one of our favorite Subways. It was reopened recently. And we can enjoy subways again here. Great service, clean facility, tasty fresh food, nice decor. It is close to the Kingsborough College which is convenient for the students. My whole family loves this place!

Food is rrally nice, no difference to quality compared to other countries like India. Only Veg has less options. Worth the amount your pay!!
