Subway has really made improvements to the menu, but one employee at this location that's there every day is what gives this place 5 stars with her excellent customer service

No different than any other Subway accept the neighborhood is not the greatest even though it is the middle of downtown it is on the street where all the strip clubs are and a lot of homeless and drug addicts standing out front of the place

An oasis in a desert of scum and villainy. This Subway is located in the heart of “The Blockâ€- a disreputable area in downtown Baltimore comprised of seedy dive bars and strip clubs. But this Subway restaurant is always clean, the employees are wonderful, friendly people and the food is always good.
