Very bad customer service, there's a lady working in the night shift on Friday, she treated every customer that walked in really bad, she was rude and said to every customer: ONLY SPANISH. The subway is located at calle 8, there are a lot of tourists that don't speak spanish and you have to understand that, so hire persons that at least can understand some words related to their jobs and treat every customer in a kind and professional way. It was 11:22 pm, and this subway close at 12:00, this lady told to a customer that the food was to go, that he couldn't eat his food inside the building, and as I said it was just 11:22 pm, 38 min left to close. I'm surprised how this lady is still working there.

Good food, folks are friendly and quick. The location is dirty though. Not busy but every table is filthy so we had to clean one to sit down. The way they handle the food has some issues.

Best place if you are hungry and having less money... Only in $6 you can have a sub. Plus if have coupon then you can save much more...

I ordered thier steak and cheese sub w/provolone cheese, spinach, tomatoes, banna peppers, jalapaños and honey mustatd. I ordered the footlong with the intent of eating half now and half later but I ate the whole thing. Thier customer service was empathetic and thier dining aera was clean and organized.
