Patricia and Krystal are the only 2 good workers there. I would highly recommend if they are not in the building that you should walk out. They are on top of everything!! I hope y’all are treating them right because they seem to be the backbone of the store!!

Always a good sandwich

I came in this Subway Saturday February the 8th a little after 2 to eat lunch on my way traveling back home. There was a very long line with only 1 woman working trying to serve probably over 50 people. I believe her name was Jessica and I want to say how wonderful, friendly, polite and extra patient she was with everyone. I am sure she felt very overwhelmed but she never once showed it. All Subways need employees like her.

I had a last minute function to catersqndwiches for on a Friday. Publix had already turned me down for one of their sandwich trays. I reached out to Subway on Lorna Rd in Hoover: I didn’t reach anyone on my first try. Not 5 minutes later, the manager(Stephen) called me back to ask how he could help. He was so helpful and thorough. He assured me that all items would be ready by the time I needed them. I arrived to pick them up and everything was ready to go and everyone was so friendly and even helped me load my car. I will definitely use their catering services again and will happily recommend them to anyone. It’s very rare to find people who really put a focus on customer service and even more so in the food industry. This store is leaps and bounds above their competition in this manner.

Not a bad location but a little bit slow. Dining room could be a little bit cleaner.

WOW. These girls do not care at all about cleanliness.Lunch Time - 5/22/181:30Raven - CSR that started making my sandwich had her cell phone sitting on the cutting board. I took a picture and she noticed so she moved it over to the other side of the counter. That’s gross. Cell phones are dirty - not to mention her gloves were on at this point and she never changed them. I was already feeling uneasy about getting food from here. The other girl had run around the counter to wait at the door where she locked it so no one else could come in because they were getting busy. When she ran around the counter she never washed her hands, she collected 1 payment and proceeded to make the person in front of me, their sandwich. Gross! She then took a cash payment from the gentleman in front of me, in her gloves, then proceeded to slide my sandwich over to start making mine. I had seen enough! I walked out - that is way too unsanitary of an establishment to continue eating there.

I went to this location for lunch and accidentally left my wallet on the table. An employee that worked there took my wallet from the table when it was pointed out to her by customer and stole the money from my wallet. When I went back in the location to retrieve my wallet and make a police report about it she sat right in front of me knowing that she stole my money and looked me in the face and took down all of my information. I will never step foot back in this place ever. I suggest that you go to a different subway if you just have to have subway I’ve heard nothing but bad about the subway and I’ve never had a bad experience until now. I will be pressing charges for the money that was stolen from my wallet.

Chris was an amazing server! I loved it almost as much as I love the one in bessemer! Friendly atmosphere and pleasant attitude!

* update* this subway is starting to be the worse one. They are always out of things and closing early because of it. The other night I came and they were closing because they say they were out of cucumbers, onions, and some other things tonight they are closed because they don't have bread*...ridiculous Nice employees fast service but never have chocolate chip cookies
