Staff didn't understand when I asked about which breads and success don't contain a specific allergen. They just said: "I don't know." I really tried, they just insisted they don't know. Very clearly a training issue. No customer facing restaurant worker should fail to understand an allergy inquiry. I had to find the information on the website myself before I could order.

This may be the best subway in all of Washington state. I travel around the state for work and this subway stands out among the many I visit. I've been here probably a dozen times and every time it is clean, staff is friendly and the food is consistently high quality. This should be the standard to which all other subways are held. My hat is off to the manager, the franchisee, and the great staff that make this an absolutely joyous place to get a sandwich. Thank you for renewing my faith in subway restaurants.

Usually Subway is pretty good. This IS NOT your average Subway. I followed anyone's typical routine ordering my sandwich, but when I got down to the veggies, I noticed several insects flying around the food. I was disgusted and alerted the employee immediately, "You know you have insects flying around your food?" His response? "Those are just fruit flies, you've never seen those before?" Not only will I never be returning to this location, but this experienced has damaged Subway's reputation as a whole to me because of the way the employee handled the situation. Inexcusable.
