Great customer service even though it may be in a rough area I will be returning

Terrible customer service. Bad attitudes. Employees are lazy as can be, always on the phone and they make sloppy subs also the food isn't cooked properly. You'll spend 30 minutes in there just on one sub. 🚮🚮🚮 Throw the whole store away.

When I went in the subway on 8mile near evergreen it was clean but the service was the WORST...the girl behind the counter looked at me as if I was bothering her..she was rude and just threw the sandwich together she was arguing with her co worker and got on the phone before she finished my order yelling and cursing...I told my friend I will never ever go to that subway again...I always say if you dont like your job just quit..instead of being rude to customers...smh

The service at this location is wonderful and the employees are always helpful and understanding. I will always refer someone to this location. Also location is clean and fast .

I really like this Subway but I just don't like how the employees will touch something unsanitary with their gloves and proceed to make your sandwich. I've worked in fast food and even at Subway and I know if you touch something gross you should take off your gloves wash your hands and put on new ones.

I enjoy coming to this Subway. The staff is nice and friendly. My boyfriend and I come in there often and they remember our order to the T.

I had the chicken and noodle soup. The store was nice and clean, very good customer service from the staff!
