The food was good but the staff was terrible. Impatient and rude to say the least. We were constantly rushed and given dirty looks. One dropped some olives on the counter and still put it on my wife's sandwich. They only hag lite mayo and no pepper.

I have eaten here since it opened about 110 times. Preparers come and go and some are better than others. My sandwiches are always 4.5 to 5 stars. Recently, either temp or permanent change, a young man dressing the base sandwiches was soooooo slow it was funny. 6 people in front of me and 23 behind it took us 6/7 customers 14 minutes to clear the cash register. Help us here -- what the heck is going on ?? NO COORDINATION of the 3 people at all. I'll be back again this week. BTW, the cucumbers are ALWAYS OLD !! Please get better

Food tasted good after I removed the old spinach... I did end up with some toppings I didn't ask for.

The girl did a good job making my sandwich; but, she was on her headphones; while, serving me.

I'm already at Subway at UAB on Southside and I'm getting a Italian B.M.T Footlong on my coupon for $5.99 and also getting a 20 ounce drink too.

Clean, convenient, right next to burmingham hospital.

I went to this Subway when my mom was in the hospital. It was a little hard to find because it's not in the food court but was not far out of the way across a sky-walk. The prices of the places in the food court were outrageous and I didn't want to spend $10+ on on lunch. This location is very small but has the same prices I'm used to paying at the one near where I live. I liked that. Although they were pretty busy the line moved fairly quickly and the chicken bacon ranch was great. If you're in the hospital you should find them.

Direction was good but service was slow..

Always good food, but staff aren't necessarily super friendly.. but hey theyare fast, grateful for that!
