Subway

So I work at subway, and I came to Miami on vacation and placed an order because I already knew the menu and knew what my family would like. When the food arrived I was super excited because well i’m fat. However, when i saw the sandwiches that had been made they looked absolutely terrible, the wrapping was not at all tight enough to keep the vegetables and such held tightly into the bread. It looked like it had been thrown together by a blind 6 year old. Also, our order was done incorrectly, neither of the sandwiches were toasted. The only thing nice about this experience was the cute delivery guy, and he called me Samantha. My name is Callie.

Great location husband-and-wife team they make sandwiches and wraps very well not cheap.

I honestly love the subway location being right by my house. It's right next to the Dunkin donuts and dominos and the high school. I would usually go to this subway after school many years ago. Very clean atmosphere and I have never had bad experiences there. The only issue is with the service staff that gets hired there in the evening time. They seem to not enjoy working there and don't feel like working at all.

I came to this location twice in one day. Yes staff was polite but the first time the lady was on her cell phone the entire time she made my sub and somehow managed to make the sub at the same time. Figured we’d give it another shot and failed AGAIN. The gentlemen who made my sub this time was not wearing a subway uniform and INCREDIBLY SLOW. Is this a legit subway franchise ? Who owns this place?

Very poor management,and lack of customer service. As a concierge from a nice hotel near by, I was impressed with the manager ,and his lack of everything. There will be more that 100 foot long subways that you don t to sale in 2020, plus my customers , who will not be recommended to visit that store. Checking different options ,and franchises. I do not take your customers , somebody else will do it.

The woman I always see working in there works diligently and always gives friendly service. I work in South Beach and can say that coming here has always been a good experience. It’s definitely the best subway on the beach!
