"Sorry her our computer is updating, I can only take cash" I don't have cash " you have to wait 10 minutes, sorry"How embarrassing it was to be put on the spot by no fault of my own.You would prefer throw out the sandwich or to inconvenienced a customer by making them wait for your computer is update? You have made the sandwich already you can't serve it to anyone else. Why don't just give me the sandwich and let me on my way as a happy customer. Please explain subways logic????Two months has gone by and the spineless owner has yet to reply.
