Clean environment courtesy fast staff

They didnt accept subway rewards. Isnt that big of a problem, but worth noting. My girlfriend told them we wanted the meal (including drink and chips), but they didnt ring us up for that. We took a cup and they told us we didnt get the meal. We tried to explain we purchased a meal order, three times, and the cashier was mad *at us*. I paid more for a separate drink and chips because of this. Go to sub shop, its not that far away.

This place is seriously the worst. Don’t eat here. Sandwiches tasted blah, the vitamin water from the fountain drinks was carbonated, and both bathrooms were out of order. There was only one worker for about 10 customers, tables and chairs were sticky and there were no extra napkins available. Just the two the girl gave you. You’ll make a better sandwich at home

Customer service is horrible. No gretting. No thank you for your patronage. And the owner was actually eating while I was and was watching the door. This store needs new management retraining. I'm sure it's a franchise but they should be ashamed. However the sandwhich was good but the choices for toppings were poor. Will not go to this store again. Corporate really needs to take a hard look at this store.

You have to ask for more than what they give you. They skimp on the other toppings.

This Subway is across from Cobb Civic Center. I ordered the new bbq rib sandwich. Service was quick and the place was clean and much larger than most Subways. Parking was tight but adequate. The Bbq Rib Sammie was just ok. No fault of the store, it just was too sweet of a bbq sauce for me.

The older lady that works here is incredibly rude. I told her I had a coupon from Subway's texts and she took my phone, looked at me and then told me they don't accept them. That was fine, but then I told her I wanted a meal. I told her three times because the second sub in my order wasn't quite done yet and she was trying to push me out so she could take another order. She told me my total and I paid. I went to go grab the chips for the meal and she yelled at me across the store, saying no chips. I came up to her and told her that I ordered a meal and she said "well you need to pay for it" in a nasty tone when I had already told her multiple times I wanted to order a meal. She then charged me for a separate chips and drink which came up to more $ than the meal would have been. They were rude, refused coupons, and overcharged me. Seriously, go to another sub place, they're not that far away and this place isn't worth your money.

The employees was rude and acted as if she was doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my money at their location. The service was horrible and I do not recommend this location.

JUST WAITED 40 MINUTES FOR THE LADY TO TELL ME THE CASH REGISTER IS BROKEN, COULDNT YOU TELL ME THAT EARLIER!!!
