I ask about the deals. The manager was Impatience, then got rude because he kept repeating the wrong street back. Just NOT friendly at all!

Sad to say it but would give 0 stars of possible. My family used to go to this spot every week but their standards have dropped significantly lately. Long waits, bad food, missing food on delivery, rude drivers, zero customer service when calling the store. I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, but never again!

Very inconsistent pizza here... One week i get a delicious cauliflower pizza and just yoday I got a terrible pepperoni zinger that did not even have fresh mozzarella like advertised. 1 star for bad pizza times and 4 stars when good so sversge 2.5 star

Good service and friendly staff. Wasn't a huge fan of the pizza but I dont really care for thin crust. Cheese breads was perfect though.

Pizza is always fantastic crispy and hot when we receive it. Breadsticks are to die for. The staff is always friendly and willing to make suggestions and offers coupons.

Everything was perfect!! Donatos is the best pizza by far! If you enjoy thin crust. Wings are always perfect and many good flavors.

We used to frequent this place regularly, since it is convenient, but got tired of it and changed to Pappa Murphy's for a while. Tried Donatos Hartland about 6 months ago (not impressed) and again a couple of days ago (will never return). There was nothing appetizing about the look or taste of the pizza any longer (overcooked, tasteless, mostly tomatoes on Mariachi Beef and no sour cream). Tried 2 pieces and rest went into the trash. Good staff experience.

First time trying Danatos ... The staff were extremely friendly & pizza was great. I tried the thin supreme. All the toppings were fresh.

My girlfriend ordered us a pizza and desert and was given a delivery time of 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I called and the guy who answered the phone could not have cared less. Said the driver left 17 minutes ago with 4 orders but should be here soon. That’s it. Here I am 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time and it still hasn’t arrived. Good job donatos.

Got sick after eating at this location ending up being in the hospital on Christmas Eve. Won't eat this pizza at all now unfortunately. This use to be one of my favorites until I got food poisoning.

Awful. Found out they burned part of our order when we arrived for pickup. Patiently waited for an additional 20 minutes for them to remake. When it was clear that they had forgotten to restart the order, I politely asked for a refund on that item. After another 5 minutes, was told that no one working could do that. Too many options in the pizza game to deal with the dysfunction.
