These employees are great! So fast and friendly.

Rude staff, unable to answer simple questions about the bill. Avoid!

I just experienced male employee answer the phone with his gloves on then went back to sandwich making with the same gloves on. The same male employee was not focused on task at hand and was more concerned with visiting with customers and forgetting what he was doing. I left!

Very upbeat , helpful with my sandwich when I couldn't decide even told me a good recipe.

Subway in Bennett is much better. This is the second time we have stopped here and they are out of essential items.

Very rude woman. Sloppy sandwich. Granted she is the only one there during lunch...??If you fail to make a sandwich correctly you should leave the workforce.Usually it's average at best.

Some employees seem to know what their doing, others seem lazy and unwilling to learn how to do the job. I called with a question about online ordering. The manager answered, and told me they had nothing to do with the online ordering and that they had no clue how it worked. How can you have no clue how ordering from your own store works?? Called days later, at night, got a different employee, and she explained everything to me in detail, answered my question and took my order via phone, as it was easier for me, and so I could use my coupon.

I've been to this Subway a handful of times. I recently ordered a turkey sandwich. I had her put jalapenos on it. As I bit down, I saw that I had a big butt end of a jalapeno, not one time, but two times. I took a picture of these pieces, but I see I can't post them here. This is something the people cutting the vegetables should take more pride in. Seeing that the customer doesn't have these on their sandwiches. Please take ownership and pride into your work. Whether your mopping, cleaning, cooking, or cutting up vegetables.

Great and friendly service

I'm normally not a big fan of Subways but this place is different! It is always clean and the staff are pleasant. They don't skimp on your order like most subways do. I am giving only 4 stars however because Subway prices are not as good as they used to be and it is disappointing, but it has nothing to do with this store specifically.
