Always good food,but recently everything went up $$ wise so much to get a sandwich

Went there tonight, the guy was extremely helpful in helping us with our order. If I had a customer service business, I'd hire him. Made the whole experience good. Bread was fresh, so was the tuna and the salad. Well done!

The absolute worst subway in windsor, the staff is the most disrespectful I have ever encountered in a restaurant, I called the store to get bacon instead of roast beef, well of course I never got bacon or roast beef because I had complained the previous visit so the “women” working there purposely did not follow instructions and that’s obvious when I asked how can that happen when I just asked you politely one second before making it and you assured me it would be made to my specification, I was told “she just forgot” huh? So that just tells you what kind of people are running this place! I will NEVER recommend your store to our drug reps who bring in lunch for the staff! You will Never be successful with racist, mean, vindictive employees! Thanks for ruining my day!!!!

Had a fine experience. I was the only customer who was there when I went in. I got myself a turkey bacon, guacamole wrap. I do want to stop and say that its NOT guacamole. It's avocado. Guacamole contains tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt. I don't like when places falsely advertise something. I actually mentioned this to the guy who was making my wrap. Sure there might have been garlic in it, but it's STILL avocado, not guacamole. Just saying. My only real issue is to make sure that if employees need to cough, to cough into their sleeve. Turning their head to cough still causes germs to spread.Regarding my wrap, it was good. I also got a small container of one of the daily soups. It was not bad.

There are 2 old ladies working over there,i don’t why the management is still with them?They are extremely rude whenever we come over there. They are only polite when the owner is around other then that they are alway rude and they don’t make good subs. So its a kind request to the owner and the management to have a look on them.Thank you

If you get coupons of subway in mailbox, never throw it away. Donate it to a fellow subway lover.

Nice staff, perfect place to get a quick grab at night. It's open till 3 am I guess. The only con is that the place is very small.

As subway franchise are doing free sub sandwiches for frontline workers isn't your subway a part of franchise??? Or its your decision not to do it? Your employee never mentioned any buy one get one deal either. Lots of other subways in windsor are doing so

I ordered from this location through SkipTheDishes. I ordered a club and a couple other subs. I ended up messing my order up and didn’t catch it until the order was already accepted and I could no longer change it. I phoned subway and the worker was more than accommodating! (I wish I would have gotten this gentleman’s name) He completely fixed my mistake! And had a great attitude
