Subway

The food is great but they usually start putting everything away really early (sometimes 3 hrs before closing) so when we order they have to go to The fridge on The side to grab it. They also don't have mozzarella cheese like most other subways have. They also have a "Cash Only" sign up a lot of times, but they will let us use our credit card. Other than that they are great, really nice and friendly service. We visit this place once every 2 weeks or so.

Don’t waste your time here, I felt very rushed and didn’t feel very welcome. I also came back to refill my drink but they said they don’t refill. They should have that posted so I didn’t waste my money on a large drink. 🙄🙄🙄

Unfortunately this review doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! I cannot believe how atrocious our overall experience at this store was!! We normally enjoy dining at subway because the staff are confident with making your meal & it should be consistent with what they’re advertising. We weren’t greeted by a person (the door greeted us instead??) & the server had NO IDEA what they were making, she could barely split the rolls, it seemed she was making a sandwich for the first time ever! We had to repeat our order so many times so the server could understand our order. We’re hoping that not all subways in Honolulu are like this one??!!! Our 2 meals also took so long to prepare..then to top it off, we weren’t even offered any meal deals..very disappointed considering it’s Subway.

In the mood for a black forest ham with extra extra swiss, extra mayo, everything on top except jalapeños.

A regular place. No sub of a way. A little pricy but nice staff.

More expensive than all other subways around and they really skimp you on portions. Mostly just a bread sandwich. Avoid if possible.

Went there earlier this week I had a text coupon which they didn't honor and when I asked what they were honoring I was asked if I had received a text for that. When I said no they said I couldn't get it either. Their customer service is non existent, go anywhere else!!!!

Only one person manning the store. Every single order takes forever. Several ingredients not available. Tiny place, no seating inside, a couple of tables outside.

There was a clerk who was fluent in Japanese and it was easy to order.If it is not half-sized, it will be outrageous. . .

I bought a meal and a sandwich at the 1778 Ala Mona Blvd Hawaii location around 7:45 pm 7-14-17. The lady taking the order didn't speak good English and failed to give me a receipt. I paid cash. I asked if I get refills and she said no but if I upgrade I can. All said in very bad broken English. That's what I thought she said. I was misled into paying for a larger drink and no refills are allowed. This was a pressure sales tactic and I'm very disappointed in subway. All my reviews are positive usually. The food was good the sandwiches were well prepared. The customer service was the issue. Last I checked this was still America. All I wanted is 1/4 of a refill of a soft drink and would've avoided all this.

After paying almost $19 for a full meal and eating it there I went to get a refill on my drink and they wanted to tell me I can't get a refill and even had a sign above there drinks saying no refills. I'm not even out here for vacation. I'm traveling for work and have a set Per Diem so I'm not trying to spend all kinds of money. Not to mention the lady was really pushy. Not happy with this establishment. Zero 🌟 for this place.
