Great service

The lettuce always looks old, and the lady working today was incredibly rude. When working with the public, you need to carry yourself in a professional manner and be polite - regardless of how your day is going. If you don’t like your job, find a new one! No need to be rude to paying customers.

went in last night to get myself my wife and kids dinner. stood in line for about 10-15 minutes. they finally made my subs, I get the register to pay for them and their card reader went down. well the cashier was rude and asked me if I had any cash. I informed her that I did not, only my debit card, well the guy who made my food smerked and said "guess its free dinner night for us". so I left without my food which was bad business I couldn't pay due to your equipment. I get home to find out that the payment went through at 6:12 which was over an hour after I had left the store. I go in the next morning to get my money back there is a 16 year old girl that inform me there is no manger there and that I needed to come back later. very poor service I wont be back. I wouldn't even give this store a half a star.

Only gave one star to comment it was terrible service men and women bathroom had out of order papers that read hand washing only toilet over flows if flushed nasty store

For the last two weeks I've went there they had no white bread and the young staff was terrible

Went to the subway in Swansea SC at the drive thur sat there 15 minuets at the window it was 9:30 at night and no one was inside the store to be served

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I had hair in one out of two of my subs that I ordered for dinner. Micheal McNeil, the store owner, was extremely rude, refused to remake my orders, and refused to provide me the subway corporation number. I will never eat here again, as someone who eats almost anything from anywhere, and wouldn't suggest this particular subway due to how dirty the store is kept, the workers are allowed to be, and of course, the unwanted object in my food.

It's a Subway. You know what your getting. People writing 1 stars are acting like this is a fine dining restaurant. Also to the person getting mad at getting charged $.20 ? Tf? This is Swansea, you know these people can't do math.

Very poor service!! If you can avoid going here do it!!! I absolutely love subway but I will not return!! You get ignored and when they do finally speak to you it's an attitude!! Not to mention theit coworkers lives and drama are far way more important than you the paying customer. Shame!!! Zero stars if I could!!!
