Everything here is a little bit on the smaller side, that includes the building, parking etc, but it's not a bad place for a pit stop. My experience here today was everything I expected it to be. Clean, well maintained facilities.Ordered breakfast at Dunkin Donuts. Staff was pleasant and prompt.

So, if there was an option for a -5 star, I’d give it. The customer service at Dunkin’ Donuts was beyond RUDE. The policy of respecting customers should be reinforced by the managers. Bagels shouldn’t be thrown at people and attitude shouldn’t be rude.

Denied service at the subway; good thing the people at the Mcdonald care about their customers more. Best place to rest the night if needed.

I went to Dunkin Donuts ordered a green tea and an old fashioned and a jelly donut stick because they didn’t carry jelly munchkins. The workers there were pleasant. The donuts were rock hard and I didn’t find that out until I was already 10 exits down. It was very wrong for them to give me rock hard old donuts that tasted funky. I will never ever go to that Dunkin again and I advise against it! Old stale donuts! 😡

Lights are on nobody's home. Stood at dunkin for 12 minutes no employees. Getting back on the highway and hitting the next rest stop for a coffee

Although this service plaza is supposed to be open 24 hours, my husband and I had our service rudely turned away by the Alltown cashier at the counter. She did not properly communicate to us upon our arrival that she had closed the registers at 11:50 PM. When we reached the counter to purchase our drinks, she said with an unkindly demeanor "I've been closed for 10 minutes" without even looking up from paperwork she was shuffling through, and gave us no further explanation as to why she had closed at 11:50, especially at a supposedly 24 hour service plaza. Very unimpressed and disappointed with the quality of customer service at this location.I should add that around 12:25 am my husband and I arrived at the next southbound service plaza, whereupon the very kind cashier told us that all of the service plazas in CT have a contract with the state to be open 24 hours-- Alltown included. The cashier at the Madison, CT southbound service plaza was blatantly disregarding protocol.

The rest area is really clean. But I'm pretty sure the guy serving us at the Dunkin Donuts was high. His eyes were all red and he and the girl there were soo slow. He had to do everything one at a time. It took 10+ min to process the 2 ppl ahead of me, and 4 min for my colatta. It was wattery.
