Subway

Lady put two small scoops of tuna on a 12" sub and then attempted to spread it over the whole loaf, unsuccessfully. I told her it was supposed to be 4 scoops and she insisted it was 2. I've gotten the exact same sub for over ten years, it's 4 scoops every time.. But hey, at least she got a free 12" tuna on h&c!

Tried online ordering, it was the worst ordering system I've used. Took 15m to get "most" of my order the way i wanted. Enter payment info, go to select state and there's no option to pick, can't complete the order. So i go into the store to ask for the same deal I would've gotten with the online order, the response "oh that's only for the online order"...Obviously. No attempt to help in any way, employee literally shrugged his shoulders.

This particular Subway is gross! I ordered a rotisserie chicken sub and 2 cookies. The chicken on the sub tasted so old I could only eat 3 bites!! I moved to the cookies and they were soooo stale..really!!!

The woman that works here is amazing. She knows exactly how I want it and puts effort into making my sandwiches better. This subway is above all the others because of her.

I ordered from here through Grubhub and I was worried that it would be soggy after the delivery time kept getting pushed further and further back (not the restaurant’s fault) but it wasn’t! The makers had put the dressing on the side so it didn’t soak through the bread, which was so cool of them. Also, Grubhub didn’t offer Italian dressing as an option so I chose sweet onion and specially requested Italian; they gave me both! It was above and beyond what I expected and the sandwich was great. Thank you for making what was a very bad day better!
