You can make your own according to your taste of sandwich or you can just choose from the menu. Great customer service in terms of rapidity and respectfulness

This subway is probably one of the worst one i ever been. The guy who made my sandwich was very rude and put little to no sides on my sandwich i dont now hes name but he's and older indian guy in his 30s. He keeped staring at me for 15 straight seconds constantly wield making my sandwich withoutsaying anything. I been to this subway a few times and does the samething every time not just to me but other costumers. He made my whole experience very uncomfortable i also think hes goes to work high after smoking weed just by the way he acts.

The employees here are always wonderful, but the owner is too cheap to hire enough or to keep them around. Leads to a single employee working dinner shifts on Saturdays and 40 minute lines. Should be embarrassed.

We eat here about 2-3 times a week and it seems like each time we go it gets worse and worse. Today was by far the worst experience we have had. We ordered 2 steak foot longs on the mobile app. Once we received our food and got back to work we realized both sandwiches were completely messed up. We paid for extra meat and extra cheese and did not get either. When I called to ask if they could fix the sandwiches the owners wife told me no and hung up on me. I do not recommend doing business with this subway they are very unprofessional and cant keep staff. Fortunately a new one is being built on georgetown road and we will go there from now on!
