Best sub shop on Woodward. Great, quick service. Subs are always on point. The staff is fantastic. The manager, as well as (their name tag said)"Saucebae" were both awesome, thanks again! Recommend this sub shop over all the others in the area

Their hours posted are different than what they really are.. They are always closed when we try and go when they should be opened.. Like today they are supposed to close at 9 we try and go 830 but the lights are off and the doors are locked.. Its pretty annoying.. We end up going to firehouse Subs a few doors down.. They are open till 10 everyday and don't close early.

What happened to this location!? It's dirty and has dust covering the ceiling and they had the fans going, so I don't want to even imagine what was falling into the food. The staff seems annoyed to even serve you, and they charged me $8 for a grilled cheese sandwich for my son! I'm so disappointed, as this used to be our go to subway.

The manager of this specific Subway, Therese (however you spell it), is very rude. The company I work for spends hundreds of dollars there a month, and she displays a clear lack of professionalism. I called to put an order in, and she told me she was too busy to help and to call back later. That is terrible customer service. Secondly, when a coworker of mine went to pick up the order I put in sometime later, the manager made impolite comments to this individual about the person ordering (me). I will not stand for this behavior and I am taking my business elsewhere.

Great service except the one female manager that is always there looks and acts like she's dying and does not seem to help her staff at all. Have had to actually ASK her to put down her phone and ring me out before.
