Stopped at this Subway for the first time today. While the cashier was nice, the girl preparing the food wasn't all that friendly and was far more concerned with talking to her coworkers.The food itself wasn't anything amazing, typical Subway fare.I ate half my sub when we got home and saved the other half for later.When I later took a bite into the second half, I thought it felt like I was chewing something awfully tough. I figured it was just a tough piece of spinach, but after a couple of seconds I could tell something wasn't right. I went to pull what I thought was a tough spinach leaf out of my mouth and I got a big piece of plastic wrapper instead! Nasty =(Service wasn't great, food was mediocre and then that. Go somewhere else!!!

I would love for the owner to contact me. My husband ordered tonight on the app and paid for our order. Sent our son over to pick it up. When he got there, at 7:35, our order had a pick up time of 7:36. Our son was told that the order had not been started.So he texted me. I called the store and was told that a lady came in at the same time my son did and she had an order for 8 subs and that she was gonna make hers first.HOW is this right when our order was already PAID FOR, that the one girl employee would make that order first.POOR MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING.

Ordered online tonight, the BOGO deal. We got the confirmation that it would be ready at 6:25 PM. We arrived right at 6:25 not expecting it to be done right yet and the subs were done and still warm. This subway is always clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive! Keep up the good work!
