Had perfect service during New years staff was kind and helpful

I feel like the bathroom was the only clean area at this store, this is my first time here, and I will not seek this place out the next time that I'm in the area. The lettuce was wilted and when I asked for lettuce from a different bin the sandwhich maker just covered up the wilted lettuce, then I had to ask for my receipt and I had no where to sit because of the 8 or 9 tables four of them had crumbs on them and two of them had people sitting at them.

The struggle is strong with this one.Ask for a 6" sandwich: struggle. Ask for a water cup: struggle. Ask for bathroom key: struggle. I'm guessing if you ask for a struggle, it would be a struggle.

Today I made an order via Amazon Restaraunts at Subway at 4th Ave N. Email with order confirmation said that order will be delivered in up to 1 hour.2 hours later, nobody came. Nobody called and nobody sent me any notifications about delay or cancellation. I was hungry, and this made me angry. Due to this short term fasting, I needed to wait for another hour to get food from another restaraunt. What do you feel if somebody will force you to do fasting for 3 hours if you are extremely hungry at this moment?I called customer support desk and they said that restaraunt even did not give anything to the driver. It is terrible. I understand that some responsibility can be shared with the Amazon restaraunts system. However it is Subway who signed delivery contract with Amazon Restaraunts. Thus Subway is directly responsible for that. For me it is the same as if customer would be refused to get food by the cashier. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Eh i like subway food and this place is close. Literally the only reasons i go

I take my dinner on friday great place to eat there. Great costumer service. The sandwich maker made an efficient work.

The food is decent (it's Subway), and the staff are friendly. However, recently they have begun to take mobile orders. They only keep one person on staff it seems. The last few times I have come here, I have had to wait quite a while to start my order (and so have the people behind me). The mobile orders take priority, which only exasperats the problem. I have no problem with the location having an increase in orders. However, if the work increases, the number of workers needs to as well.EDIT: Recently, they have had 2-3 workers there during busy times. So the main complaint I has has been resolved.

Really unfriendly service. Angry server. I wanted to dine in but ended up doing a take away.

They don’t accept coupons even when they claim they do

for a pure vegeterian in US, if U r not cooking by self, search fr a Subway nearby, its the only savior fr a starving stomach

This place is no different from any other subway in terms food quality and taste. Best thing about this subway is that it’s located near space needle and is usually open till late in the night.

One person working on a Saturday afternoon, long wait. They DO NOT honor mobile coupons! Says they are "not from Seattle"?!?

Half the time i come here they're either closer early or not open on time. Today is Sunday, it's 9:30 and they're still not open.

First Subway to refuse to pull ingredients from the back. I told the server the kids were Celiacs and most Subways pull from the back and make them on the back counter. She said the ingredients were new and okay (you could see bread crumbs covering most of the ingredients). She said she was too busy and wasn’t going to help. There was one other person in line... 👎

This place is so ratchet but so worth it. The food is really good and if you sit by the window you can watch the crazies. One time I saw someone dancing in the street. The next time to people fighting. Once I saw a lady with a bucket of Bird food feeding the pigeons. It looked like home alone. Eating here is always an adventure. There’s always uptight people that are mad because The people working only speak Spanish. I bet if they did not know Spanish the food wouldn’t taste as good either. Do you ever get bored and want to watch a bunch of stupid people on lunch break and spend about eight bucks for good food? If so I would definitely recommend this subway.
