Subway

This subway is poorly maintained. I had to wipe my own chair and table before sitting down. Every subway on this planet offers Subway vinaigrette as a sauce but not this place. Every Subway offers crackers with their soup not this place. I just heard a lady walk in and ask for “sliders” and they also didn’t have that either. This Subway is very poorly understocked. They don’t have certain items they advertise and it’s not very clean. Here’s a picture of my table before I cleaned it.. This is my last time eating here. Get it together guys..

You get ripped off ordering pickup from here. I got a footlong that was supposed to have two chicken patties - I got a chopped up part of one patty spread across both six inches, and they didn't add half the toppings. I basically got chicken flavored bread instead of a chicken sub that had to be thrown out. It's also difficult to pick up the sandwich because nobody working there speaks English, Spanish, French, or Arabic well enough to converse in a communicative language so you wind up waiting as long as you would if you don't order online. In the future, they could have better customer service by just not fulfilling pickup orders so the customer is out their money but doesn't waste their time walking over and waiting. Much better to steal $15 from someone than to make them wait 20 minutes after you've stolen the $15.

It's a nice place to hide a while with plenty of seating. Price does seem to be higher than usual.

The guy that made my sandwich was half asleep.

I visit other locations of subway throughout the city and other boroughs as well. This is the first franchise where they seem to have their own pricing for subs charging $8.50 for a 6" Egg and Cheese Sub. In what world is that right? I do not recommend this location as the employees are not sufficiently trained and pricing is very suspicious. I wouldn't be surprised if this location goes out of business soon.

This specific subway had 1 employee during a work week lunch rush. It took me almost 40 mins to get a cold cut sub. Ridiculous!

The service is good. I just wish they didn't skimp on the meat and cheese.It could definitely be better quality meats and cheese but in a pinch it's fine.

Ordered lunch for office online, got pick up notification that the order is ready, came here but it wasn't. Staff started preparing the order when I asked about it. I'm here for quickness and convenience and those were not delivered.

SO inconsistent in how they prepare the sandwiches.... tend to overcharge (especially when you ask for double meat on ONE thing and they'll charge you twice...). Wish they'd get their s*** together....

$14 for combo meal??? Better value elsewhere...may come back to use the bathroom...that's about it. Real reach giving 2 stars.
