Good Service. Polite on what I wanted.

I went to subway tonight and the young man DJ made all 3 of my sub's even though it was 5 min to close . I felt bad and told him never mind but he insisted on helping me . I really like his attitude and enthusiasm with his job . He deserves a pat on the back . Thanks DJ we loved our sub's !

Ordered online and went to pick it up. They made my sub wrong forgot my drink, I had to ask for my cup. Also forgot my chips and forgot both my cookies. Fast service but terrible.

Aways the way i want great servings on the extra meats clean and good service

The food was fresh service was fast the only thing was it was pretty busy and the line was alittle long but over all the food was good! I will be back!

Great service

Went here for years but not anymore... wife and I got 2 meals with chicken that was bad. We found out later on that throwing up was the only way to settle our pain. Message corp about this and got the local owner and he doubted that it was his food. I explained to him it was food poisoning he doubted us stating did we go see a doctor, look honestly who has the money to throw on a med bill? He would have not paid for it I know this bc it took alot of work to get the 19 bucks back. The so called manager knew she messed up and when I went to pick up the refund she gave me attitude like I did something wrong... I'm not sorry you got in trouble for not making sure the food was fit to be eaten by humans and not just the Gnats that fly around the store. Customer service in the south end lol.

My daughter and a few of her friend's was at this subway Saturday 3/17/18. A older women come back from rest room and was so high😩 ,she had track marks💉 all over her an a big abscess ☣on her wrist. She was passing out 😪helping another costumer,she was makeing his sub 🥙an passed out with her hands in the lettuce.😝 why wouldn't the other worker tell her to go to back an get it to gather an 🤳call the manager??? Very up set 🙍my daughter had to see that. It dont make since to me that she got hired with sores an track marks on her??🤷

My wife came in on the Saturday of the Michigan and OSU game, to order 2 subs. I am just now finding out that we were charged over $20 for 2 subs that were not even made correctly. I am really disappointed in the service because the football game had everyone in the store preoccupied. I don’t even want to call and talk to anyone about this because my wife mentioned that my sub was made wrong, but nobody took the time to start over. A roast beef sub turned into a spicy Italian sub with Roast beef added on, but there was only pepperoni and roast beef! These kind of mistakes will prevent me from taking my business here.

My bad..my review is about the German village location..😮 Haven't been here in over a year...no wait because I was the only customer.. sandwich artist was nice and let me get 2 6in subs for the price of a foot long.. toppings all looked room temp and sorry but sweaty comes to mind... otherwise great..7

Something is wrong with the white and wheat bread. It falls apart and just goes not taste right
