Subway

If this location wasn't near our house, we would never go here. The staff is slow and NEVER gets our order correct. The food usually tastes ok, except sometimes we get old lettuce.

This Subway sits right next to a McDonald's and the breakfast sandwich with flatbread was way better than anything from next door. The only downside was all the questions you have to answer to get a simple breakfast sandwich!

Have way through my sub the guy took off cause he had a phone call.

Water's not great here. Plenty of better bubblers in downtown Neenah. The sandwiches seem superfluous - they should improve their bubbler before they move on to serving sandwiches.

One of the best subway service ever

Great customer service, and clean atmosphere

2nd order this week and both wrong. All 4 items were messed up. Paid for 6 cookies, got 3. Ice in soda when I just asked for no ice. Made with wrong bread, added toppings i asked for on the side and asked for extra lettuce and both subs had very little. This location has really gotten bad which is unfortunate. I only have it a couple stars due to the Times we've had great service and food has been made good.

I waa over charged for my sub sandwich but didn't notice it until I got home and looked at my receipt.

best place on earth. I love all the employees and the food.... Besides the tuna. Tuna is gross. Otherwise awesome place

If today would have been my first visit to this location I would never come back. Horrible service, the three clowns behind the counter were more interested in sharing their stories about previous work places („ I burnt myself a million times working at McDonalds“) instead of the actual customer. No friendly greeting, no hello. I had to repeat my order three times cause he got distracted with talking. I felt like interrupting a middle school chat at the cafeteria, not like a valued customer.

This Subway does not have the delicious veggie pattie served at many other Subways.
