Subway

Small spot but it's nyc nothing new. The reason for the less points is the really bad customer service. The lady behind the counter looked bothered that I even came in , specially when I said it wasn't to go.

Two very unprofessional, rude employees at this location. The male one only allowed customer use bathroom after paid the food. The female one charged customer extra....better avoid this location.

I must have gotten different staff than some reviewers, because they were great when I visited and are the reason for my 4 star review. Other than them, the place is dark, even tinier than you can imagine, and not as clean as you might like.

What can I say besides it’s a subway and we all know the bread is not fresh and the atmosphere is less than average other than that it’s alright

Great service. I went there twice recently with my son. The staff member used the same joke on us both times. Friendly staff and decent prices.

Staff is very accomodating and pleasant. It is a smaller location but maintains a clean environment. Must be tough dealing with all the tourists that wander over from the 9/11 memorial. Any locals in line behind the tourists get chapped about the wait, but it is worth the wait.

This place uses a very bad business practice. They deprive customers of their meat. I'll explain what I mean. I've been in a lot of subway restaurants. And I know that if I order a sandwich where meat is counted by slices (spicy italian, ham, turkey etc) I always get 4 slices for 6 inch and 8 for a foot long bread. This place serves you with 3 and 6 slices respectively. After I visited them I complained about it through official website which transfered my complaint to the owner of this store. The owner sent me a message right away. Instead of explaining why he uses such practice he offered me a free sandwich which I refuse to accept. The next day I went to the store and pointed out to a worker that he had to put 4 slices of meat. He fixed himself without a single word. That's why I give them 2 stars; otherwise, they'd deserve only 1. However, I still think the owner's practice is obnoxious.

Terribly rude employees. Got yelled at for filling water. Apparently they don't believe in air conditioning either.

Boss super nice!

Small but fine. The owner is very friendly. The subs are fresh and delicious. You can eat inside, but it's very small.
