I waited there for 10 minutes while people where calling in orders. Instead of helping people who were waiting in the restaurant. Finally when I get to place the order they said they ran out of white bread and cookies. Why did not they me when I walk in. Horrible cust service and mismanagement.

I live nearby and have been going here for years. Most of the employees hate their jobs and make it very obvious to the customer. The food is the same as any other Subway, but the service is probably the worst I've encountered.Edit: The service has improved a lot over the past year!
