Subway

Excellent

I usually wouldn't review a fast food restaurant, but this subway location has consistently been disappointing. Lines are always long as it's near Wrigley Field and they only ever have one person working, even on GAME DAYS! Also, it's usually very hot in there. Not sure what's going on with this franchisee, but the owner should look into the issues.

Crazy experience. I go inside to order the one and only item i eat at subway. Soup. I was told that soup customers are not frequent enough to serve me soup. So i called the owner to see if they could do anything I ask the owner if he could charge me for Wednesday's sandwich but actually create Thursdays instead she told me because of the computer system they are unable to make this request happen where in reality instead of the guy physically grabbing the turkey and using the other type of meat apparently the computer has control of its employees and how or what is a grab and put on the sandwiches this is ridiculous as the owner he should have complied with a request that would not cost them any additional money

Cookie was hard and they would not honor the Uber coupon for a free drink

Prompt service, clean restaurant, fresh food.

Sometimes they're sloppy with the sandwiches but they're nice and willing to give you the sandwich you're hoping for.

A swell place to get a 6 inch sandwich.

It's subway. It's good when you don't have other choices.

Decent subway. They're sometimes closed before the store actually closes, they don't serve soup, but they do have friendly staff. Not very busy and have a decent amount of seating.

Placed pick up order over 30 minutes before closing and arrived to a locked door with woman ignoring me inside like sign on door did not say close at 10.
