I went to get food today since I had to stay longer at work. I arrived between 1:15-1:20pm, I placed my order through the drive thru. There was only 1 car in front of me & after waiting for 35 minutes & had honked the horn to get attention. I pulled back out & left. Not happy with this visit!

We don't go to Subway often but the last couple of times they were out of something we wanted to order. They have a special French dip sub they are out of the dip another time they are out of meatballs. I also feel if they had a few more people working it would give the guest a better service experience, it's hard to give great guest service when your the only one working.

dave gave me wrong change when i went through drive thru, and we had to leave. sandwich was poorly wrapped, was falling out of wrapper. was good though.

This restuarant is always out of the basics. The customer is having to substitute for "something else" Managers never work on the weekends to even speak with. It's a shame. Dont expect to actually get what you want because chances are they wont have it in stock.

Worst service ever! First and last time going to this location. Not one apology, which should have been the first words said after waiting at the window for over 15 minutes, but then to charge us for the wrong order, which was more money, and say we have to call the manager or corporate to get our money back because they don't know what to do. I get that accidents happen but then to sit there and get an attitude and say we are inconviencing you and not even give us the rest of our order while complaining you're ready to just quit is a bit much. Both employees would rather complain to customers than do their job.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. They had the music up so loud I could not hear anyone, I had to repeat things 5 times in order to be heard. Let alone the place was dirty, but the guy making my sub I asked him to change his gloves because of food allergies and he washed his hands and dried his hands on his pants. NASTY. My sandwich had 3 spinach leaves on it, and if that was freshly baked bread I would hate to what something baked yesterday would be like. All around disappointing If I could find out who owns the restaurant I will personally call them and tell them how horrible my experience was!!!

Slow, mainly because, in general the employees don't know what what they are doing. Out of five workers one will know what to do in all aspects of making food to checking customers out. If employees took time to learn the job properly then the service would be more pleasant and fast.
