Good location across from the Washington Convention Center, Mt Vernon Square Metro Center and bus stop on the corner. No dedicated parking. Busy depending on the time. Sandwich portions are small and do not match commercials. Good personal pizza.

My worst experience with Subway. They were very mean for adding toppings. I could not believe it. I Love subway but not that branch.

Do not go to this place. Trust me. Wish I could give it ZERO stars. First they charge you far more than a "normal" Subway. The staff is rude and the place is completely dirty!The tables and floors are super dirty, sticky, and nasty. You don't want to know about the bathrooms. There's a bunch of bums sitting out front and dealing in the bathrooms. I witnessed two drug (rock) deals by two individuals who seemed to be regulars. We let the staff know of the drug deals and the staff relied with "Yeah? So." Unbelievable. With this type of attitude, I can only imagine the lack of proper food preparation and how dirty the back is. Believe me, skip this place.

I was very surprised at how great the customer service was as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant,the speed of service, and also the management was great with his professionalism and recommendations. I have to say this is by far one of the best Subway locations I have ever been to out of roughly a dozen other locations.
