Great location near the metro. This subway is my go-to when I need a quick bite. Brendan and Smurf as well as the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. And yeah Subway did good adding the carved turkey, A+

I think there is a problem when on two different occasions, staff there are accused of being rude to customers. In one instance that I actually witnessed, it was the manager himself who was being rude and disrespectful to a young woman who appeared to have an intellectual disability. It is not hard to believe that staff would be rude to customers if they see the same disrespectful manner demonstrated by the person who should be setting an example. The second instance, the customer said that the employee was rude, and instead of apologizing for any perceived wrongdoing and ensuring the customer was satisfied, the same manager sides with the employee. The attitude there is," Where else are you going to go?" I know Subways are individually owned and operated, but I would think as a franchise owner, you want people to want to come to your store. I know for me, I will be telling everyone about the horrible service this store provides.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. It's unsanitary, aka the staff don't understand food safety. The people are not happy to be there and my sandwich is always bad. How can anyone screw up a Subway sandwich?

Dude at register is too rude. Need to learn some basic etiquette how to talk. No harm in it.

The only 2 people here that are professional all the time is Gail & Alvina the rest have bad attitudes and make a mess of your food.
