Man with long light brown (blonde)braids and 10 or so ear piercings gestured for my order. My wife had wrote her order down (she is very meticulous), so to make his job easier, I handed him the list she wrote. He looked at me with a sarcastic face, like if I can't tell him what I want, he was not going to serve me. I was very intimidated by him, but verbally gave him my order anyway. Anyone with this kind of attitude should not be serving food. I will never go to this location again.

Today I my friend went to get us both sandwiches. There is always a nice employee that helps us out but today there was a rude grown woman who called herself a manager. If she treats her customers like that then she shouldnt have that title. She should go work for McDonald's or burger king where she belongs and not ruin subways service. We are definitely not going there again and I will also pass the word until she either apologizes or gets fire. I was so disgusted when I did not get my cookies!!

I should have known that I was in for the worst service I’ve ever experienced when I walked through the door. Instead of greeting us, the guy behind the counter stared blankly. I ordered the turkey bacon GUACAMOLE wrap. When I asked if he put guacamole on it, he said “no, no one usually likes it on thereâ€. When I referenced the NAME of the wrap, he said, “we don’t have anyâ€. He toasted a sandwich without asking, and rang me up before I could complete the order. He was the most rude employee I have ever dealt with and I will NOT eat there ever again. And they couldn’t even wrap a wrap. There are too many other subways to choose from. Don’t waste your money at this one.

Worst subway ever! One rude employee and one idiotic employee helped me. They had no baked lays, no sun chips, no lids for large cups, and no customer service skills. Stay away from this place.
