Placed a platter order Monday afternoon for Saturday noon pick up and it was not ready. I had to wait for another employee to come and make it. Got it to the event and the extra sauces and some of the extras were not included

The girl that opened didn't want to work she was mad because I came in 20 minutes after they opened she had an attitude the whole time.

Very poor. Waited about 10mins just for a worker to come out of back. She was "doing dishes" following her 2 males came out to the main part of the restaurant.

I try to avoid this Subway but it's near my house. there never is more than one person working. 1130 on a packer Sunday, and one person working and line out the door. Had same thing happen at noon on weekday several times. Took me over 15min for one Sub. Not the first time it's happened either. Used to manage Subway and its embarrassing how understaffed they always are.
