They have roaches..watch what you eat!! This is not a joke..think it is all you want! Have 3 friends that worked here and its gross that restaurant is still open.

The store was clean and the sub was good

Customer service 0!! The manager who wouldn’t give me her name is a rude person and doesn’t need to be in her position!

Rude employees coughing and sneezing on my food I cancelled the order right in front of the rude girl and they kept my money I said refund me my money she said no that’s ok that’s called fraud I didn’t get my order who would after coughing on my food. Don’t use the app my order wasn’t even ready so that app sucks

Great good, terrible service. Dude behind the counter acted like customers were an inconvenience to him, and going as far as to complain to other customers ABOUT other customers. The second star is only because the other reps were professional and the subs were good.

Bootleg subway no sub of the day and no meatballs lame and they are so slow a d they dont deliver

My last visit to subway I lost my appetite immediately after seeing my sub. My son said that his tuna sub tasted funny as well. I Also asked for light onions and lettuce but received a lot of both on my sandwich I also noticed that the atmosphere felt really different, more tense. And the young women acted like it wasn't her job to make subs but to just stand on the register. Really miss the old atmosphere at this subway location where the employees actually seem to care about making the sandwich look delicious and not just tossing the veggies onto the sandwich. I wonder what happened to the one young man with his hair in a bun all the time, loved the way he made my subs. One star for the fresh cookies and another star for the young man that took care of the rest of the customers while his lazy co-worker stayed on the register.

Every experience at this place has been horrible. I went today and they didn't have tuna, bacon, or creamy sriracha.

It stateson the door and website it closes at 10pm but door is locked by 9:40.

Just went to subway on Bingham Drive, Fayetteville to purchase 10 subs, but wanted them on a p arty tray and was told I had to o rder 24 hours. My issue there were no other customers and the clerk was doing nothing. Disappointing on workers appreciation week.

I always have a good experience at this location. Today the girl was just in there by herself working and people were constantly walking in, I felt so bad for her. It was also piping hot in there. Management needs to have more than one person working

This was my first and will be my last time at this subway. The ladies were nice but the food was horrible. I got my bread toasted like normal and about 50% of my bread wasn't edible. I can only assume the bread was almost stale before or maybe it was in the oven too long. Then the vegetables didn't look appealing especially there cucumbers. You could tell they were frozen. Should've known better as soon as I saw that. Then was going to get a combo but there were only 2 fountain drink options and I have no idea what these other stuff was. It was just a no for me. But again, the ladies were nice.

For some reason, the employees at this Subway seem to think they are doing us a favor preparing a sandwich for us. Newsflash, we are paying for our sandwich and we have the right to expect it will be made per our request. First thing is they have flies and most of the time, the top covering the meat and the vegetables is up. I asked that my sandwich be prepared before the employee went to the next customer. Why would I want my sandwich laying on the surface while the employee prepares the next customer's sandwich. Maybe this is why I need to go to Firehouse Subs instead of Subway.

I have had fairly good experiences at this Subway, the employees are usually pretty nice and the food is usually good. Sometimes the sandwiches are made sloppily with too much dressing even when you ask for just a little. I often go in and they are out of a certain meat or cheese and its not even noon yet. Other than that, it looks clean and the workers always wear gloves and are cleaning when not making sandwiches.
