Omg please dint come here. I've seen roaches, and rats. I almost threw up. Seriously. I think the health code people need to make a trip here. 😨🤢🤦 🐭🐁🐀

The bathrooms had no paper towels and the dryer was broken. The sevice was lacking. The first lady to wait on me did not speak a word of English and just stared at me as I ordered. The second lady was much better. I've been frequenting Subway restaurants all over the NOLA area for many years and this was my worst experience.

Worst customer service experience at a subway I've ever had. Both people working were snappy and rude. I asked if I could get a different sauce on one of the sliders and they both snapped that it comes with spinach and mayo. Which I was fine with but I didnt think an attitude was needed. They were both extremely rude. It's a shame because it's pretty close to out hotel but I wont be stopping I'd rather walk somewhere else or pay for an uber than to visit this location again. They carefully selected the two pieces of spinach that they put on there. Everything was just very petty.

The restaurant server was very rude and inconsiderate. I went in to order a breakfast combo. He said they were out of coffee. I asked could I substitute the coffee for a Diet Coke, and he said no. He expected me to pay the same price for the combo without a drink? That’s stealing and grossly unfair. How can you expect me to pay the full price for a combo and not serve a combo because there’s no drink? Very rude and bad customer service.

It will do. For starters they keep the restrooms locked. I can understand them keeping the restroom locked for Outsiders but not the customers. If you are a customer you have to ask them to open the restroom and then you get a lot of funny looks. The staff workers or Indian descent. I should not have to ask and to receive weird looks. But most of the subways restaurants in the New Orleans area are Indians descent. I am not a racist but I do not like the weird looks that I received when I attend the restaurants and it is only the Indian descent that doesn't.

the owner seemed to be more occupied with talking to his wife, then waiting on the customers. Every time you would ask him for extra toppings he would only put one or two little things on their very stingy with their toppings for a Subway

Ordered the footlong steak, egg, and cheese flat bread. I had little to none meat. The worker used one scoop on my sandwich l, compared to other locations who use two. I had no tast of steak at all. Im highly disappointed, i expressed my concerns to the worker and he didnt even care. I work on st charles... So i will be telling ky fellow customers and workers to not come here amd spend 8 dollars on a no meat sandwich. If i can post the pictures of it . i most def will

I feel like the owners don't quite understand the concept of how a Subway works. They didn't speak or understand English very well. I would find another place to eat in this area.

Pretty sure one lady couldn't understand English... The other lady did better. Food came out good except it upset my kids stomach immediately after he ate. Probably won't revisit this location.

Just a functional subway. Not great, not horrendous. Most importantly, not very reliable. They can’t complete orders sometimes.
