Subway

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We just stopped for breakfast. I wasn’t going to get anything because I’m gluten free and figured they didn’t have anything gluten free, but decided to ask the girl working anyway. She didn’t hesitate and said, “oh ya our flatbread is gluten free.” So, I got a flatbread breakfast sandwich without second guessing her. About half way through my sandwich I got a horrible stomach ache. I googled subways bread, and turns out it’s not gluten free!!!! I should have known.... so then I go to the bathroom because I now have a horrible stomach ache and there’s NO paper towels.. meanwhile, every single table in the restaurant is dirty and she just sits at one between customers and plays games on her iPad. I’ve worked a lot in the restaurant industry and she was by far the laziest/ worst employee I’ve dealt with in a long time.... huge disappointment to start our weekend getaway! 👎🏼

Why? Why did you have to take your bad day out on my sandwich and spread your negativity to me. I tried to not dwell on how completely bad my sub was constructed, but this has bothered me for two days. Maybe I'm sensitive or something but what a terrible sub and service.

Slow service. Employees had one speed and that was slow. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Came in 2 people on the line and one disappeared to the back during lunch rush. I am a former employee of subway and my manager would be very upset at how the store was being ran. Really suggest 3 people during lunch hour. Very disappointed at this store. I won't be back

Old veggies and that is the worst thing a restaurant can do. The gal making the sandwiches acted like she had more important things to do!

Good food. Slow service. Out of basic stuff???

Customer Service was fantastic. Surprising that great service comes from such a high volume environment. I will definitely return on my way up the mountain.

We just came from there and I have to say it’s a terrible place. I would never recommend..Only half my sandwich had meat, the vegetables are just not good, not to mention the wait isn’t even worth a disgusting sandwich. If anything I recommend BeauJo’s.

Freindly and fast service.

All of the employees were too high to work.They gave me the wrong sandwich and made me wait in line for another one. Employees take smoke breaks during the lunch rush.My brother and his wife both felt sick immediately after eating their sandwiches. Needless to say, I didn't eat mine. The bathroom was a mess and the water didn't work, and the clean paper towel roll was left on the dirty floor next to the toilet and trash can. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY.

Employees smoke cigarettes and pot in front of entrance. Take garbage out with aprons on. They don’t wash their hands after taking the garbage out or taking a smoke break. They don’t wear hats. Place is always dirty. Never eating here again i wouldn’t even buy a bag of chips from this location. Yuck

Good franchise Subway. The staff isn't too fast, at least during our visit. It took almost 15 minutes to get our sandwich.

Same as other reviews - only one person working who, not exaggerating, took 5 minutes per sandwich. 5 of us showed up with 3 people in line ahead of us; we waited for him to get through one person's sandwich, realized how much time it would take, and 3 of us left to get McDonald's across the street. We got the McDonald's, ate it, came back, and our two friends still hadn't even started their sandwiches. They left to go to Carl's Jr.

Good place to grab a bite in Idaho Springs. Usually only one person making sandwiches, so it can be a little slow, so be prepared/patient

The worst subway I've ever been in. The guy making our sandwiches kept wiping his nose with his arm. Donishe was taking napkins out of the packaging instead of finishing our subs veggies etc. Then she asked my boyfriend and I what we ordered when she should of asked her coworker the more professional thing to do. We paid $17.55 for a footlong meatball sub with bacon and a footlong spicy Italian. The overall experience doesn't even deserve 1 star as far as I'm concerned. They weren't busy the place was filthy the food looked old and a lot of the vegetables were brown. I'll never ever return to this subway again.

Service Super Slow, They won't have product they advertise,. Product constantly looks non fresh. I Got food poisoning from their Mayonaise dispenser.
