Best subs in town. I would suggest the number 4. The Britts doughnuts of subs, you eat the whole thing and not realise how much you just ate :)

I've only had the #1 all the way and hot. It's the best Italian you'll have in Wilmington.

If you want the Best Subs go here, especially their Steak n Cheese Sub, oh n Get the fried Mushrooms. Wished I lived closer to them.

Wilmington, North Carolina's well established "local" Sub place on Highway 421 / Carolina Beach Road, on the right coming from downtown driving towards Carolina Beach, just before Hardee's and before the intersection at Shipyard Blvd.I always get the Italian sub with no mayo, extra vinegar and oil. Nice people.

Without a doubt, the best turkey and cheese sub in the tri-county area can be found at The Sub Stop. I’ve been coming here for over twenty years and even with Wilmington’s growth, no one has better submarine sandwiches. And, as a bonus, they have great french fries!

*Would Have been 5 stars* Has been a favorite for many years, placed a to go order and was met with a rude woman on the phone in a rush to place the order with a terrible attitude that didn’t know her own menu? And upon paying for my order she was rude and very unpleasant to speak to even in person. I have never experienced this kind of customer service at sub stob but will not be returning and neither will my family of locals who have enjoyed this restaurant for many years.. a true shame to see a local favorite hire terrible employees that do not understand customer service

Simply... THE BOMB! Never had anything bad here. Great prices and great food. My favorite is the #4 sub. My wife loves the Philly Cheese Steak. The Hamburger sub is awesome as well. Haven't been back to a Subway since I found this place.

Great subs for a very reasonable price! I always go for a half of the #10 with a pickle and drink and its around $8.75. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the bread is always nice and crispy! Just starting going here and I wish I would have tried it sooner!
