We had the steak for two and it cut like butter with a texture more like velvet than steak. The crusted salt and pepper crust was amazing on the steak Excellent service as you might expect. They choose a white wine for my wife and a red for the steak, both were delicious. Sides were really great. Lobster Mac, huge asparagus, brazed cauliflower were generous portions and delicious. The beet salad was great but you had better like beets if course. The iceberg is a hemisphere of iceberg that was really good. We had the 24 layer cake with ice cream and that chocolate cake is really rich.We were able to finish about half of what we ordered and had to take the rest back to the room.
