I. Love. This. Place. This is the best ramen I've tried thus far. I typically get the Shio Ramen which is so creamy and perfect on a Chicago Winter day and perfect for people who've never had ramen and a trying for the first time. The broth is so good and I always order another order or noodles to finish it off. When it's packed they usually have an enclosed heated waiting area on the side of the building.

Great tasting food. You will not find a better tasting ramen broth! One of my only problems is that the place is very tiny, so I would go looking to have any small gatherings here, keep your party as small as possible. Another issue is the cost, it's expensive. Last issue, parking. You'll be lucky to find street parking since it's in China Town. And they don't even validate parking for the parking lot down the street.

The best ramen shop in Chicago. I always know when I come here that I will receive liquid love at a fair price. Just be aware the seating might be a bit tight at times. Also, the level 5 bowl I attempted to eat was pure torture. Kudos to those that have suffered through that experience... I'm crying just thinking about it.

I just landed at Chicago Midway Airport from TF Green in Rhode Island and this was my first stop before checking into my Air Bnb. I'm vegan, so I was looking for some vegan eats in my route. Of course I made a beeline for the first ramen shop that showed up on my route!I ordered the vegetarian ramen and a side of edamame. Very simple yet delish! The mushrooms were so flavorful and the seaweed on top was delightful. I'd come back again!

The atmosphere was great, the staff were very helpful, and the decorations were pretty. Although ramen is not anywhere near my palette and each bite was difficult for me, it was still filling and I wasn't hungry for a good 8 hours. I also had the opportunity to hear someone go through the hell challenge and I hope they won. I definitely recommend actual ramen eaters to go here for the big bowls of ramen and for the enjoyable mood. I hope to one day be able to enjoy it myself 🤗

Best ramen in the city. Really great staff. Always a short wait and they are great at helping people new to the Japanese cuisine and it's delicious. Parking in the lot near the train or street parking. Great little spot

A hidden gem here in Chicago for authentic Japanese ramen. This was a perfect stop for our party of 4. I wouldn't bring more than that because, the restaurant is on the smaller size. However, that is part of its charm being so small. The staff were professional & very helpful with our questions about the menu. All the food we ordered here was so delicious! The pork belly tonkotsu ramen was my dish of choice. The pork melts in your mouth and really elevated thanks to the broth. To top it off, ice cold green tea mochi for dessert. If me and my friends comeback around this area for vacation, we are definitely coming back here.

Really good service and awesome food! Try spice level 3 with your broth for a more flavor filled experience.
