Service was quick. I had the Hell Ramen level 2. I like heat and got level 3 addition spice on the side. 2 was not hot enough but adding in some 3 spice to it made it perfect. Good solution for my first time trying the place and giving the spice a try.

One of the best ramens I’ve ever had. Perfect broth. Tasty drinks. Nice staff. Very good soundtrack. Free edamame for a check in. Highly recommend!

The pork belly tonkatsu was very very good. They nail the pork belly. And the broth was seasoned well. My only qualm was about the doneness of the noodles. They were a little Al dente for my taste, but otherwise everything was perfect food wise. Service was quick and painless. A little on the steep side, cost me about $18 after tip. If your strapped for cash, Ian's is right next door.
