Strawberry Candle

I love craftovator. Love trying out all their new and different products. Service is amazing, always fast delivery and communication is superb!

I've used Craftovator several times and made many lovely smelling candles from their products. If I had one criticism, it's that their delivery service isn't very quick - considering how expensive it is and that there are other companies that don't charge for their products and arrive faster.

Customer service not very good. Placed an order and only half arrived still waiting on the other half 2 months later sent a message through the site no respond so emailed the company which they said they would send a replacement out of half the order which I only received one scent so I re-emailed anbout the missing items to which I haven't had a reply to it'd such a shame as the products are amazing but I won't be shopping with them again as this isn't the first time my orders been messed up
