Stormcloud Brewing Company opened June 2013 in the harbor town of Frankfort, Michigan. Tucked between the soaring sand dunes and stormy shores of northern Lake Michigan, Stormcloud specializes in brewing Belgian ales, including the traditional Dubbel, Tripel and Strong ales, along with classic beer styles such as Blondes, Pale Ales, IPAs, Porters and Stouts. Take a trip on scenic highway M-22 to come sample our handcrafted ales in the most stunning setting on earth.

I did not have a chance to try the food, but I did try a lot of the brews and was pleasantly surprised. The Belgian style beers actually taste like good Belgians, the IPAs were hoppy and overall all of the brews were full of spectacular flavor. This is a must if in Frankfort. Do not skip this place! Seems like it's always busy but after tasting those flavors, it is absolutely no surprise, and most definitely worth the wait. On top of all of this, they also have a lawn were they will accomodate you if you're here with your pet. Awesome Brewery! Keep up the great work

Great atmosphere for any mood you're in. Bar area with high top tables, dining area, and outdoor patio with beer garden. Great place to see and listen to live music. You can tell they've thought about the acoustics of the entire space inside and out. Food was awesome and service was great for how busy they were. Not to mention their beer is top notch!

A lot of people hyped this place up and said it was amazing. The food was so-so and the portions were tiny. The beer was ok, but considering how expensive it was I don’t think we’ll go back.
