I enjoyed my meal here and the food was good but it just isn't as good as other steakhouses in Chicago. I'd rather go to Chicago Cut, Joe's Stone Crab, Mastro's, RPM Steak...etc

Really unhappy. Went in, server was great and super polite. However, when we received our food, we noticed that we were missing one of our meals. We were told it would be out shortly, within 5-8 minutes. Not until we were over halfway done with our other food did the last meal come out. When we approached the manager about this situation, all she had to say was that she would see what happened. When paying this amount of money for a dinner, I would expect much better service and consideration of our experience.
